Sydney’s newest and most unique premium warehouse event space

Located conveniently between Sydney’s International Airport and the CBD, we offer clients a large, flexible warehouse space with 5 star amenities catering to a wide variety of events including gala dinners, product launches, fashion parades, conferences, corporate functions, weddings and community events. With a capacity of 1,000 guests for a dinner, cocktail style or conferencing, flexibility is the key to our space. We will offer a unique opportunity to dress the interior to create your own event with the industrial warehouse look.

We offer exclusive use of our event warehouse space that is adaptable to suit any size function. Clients have the choice to simply hire our space or opt for a total event package. The location of The Venue Alexandria was formerly the printing site for the renowned Wentworth Courier Newspaper.

The Venue Alexandria has partnered with Pearl Catering who can offer a wide selection of menu options.
We also have a dedicated kosher caterer for that special event.
Approved Gold licence caterers are permitted at The Venue Alexandria, conditions apply.

Our wine list features an extensive range of wines from Australia and the world. With a focus on boutique wineries, our list has something to suit every taste. We also offer a variety of beverage packages with upgrades options available to suit your event.

The NW Group, our technical production partner can offer your event the latest in audio visual and presentation technology to ensure your event runs smoothly. They employ over 180 full time staff and are well known for local and internationally staged events. Their objective is to provide seamless and cost effective technical solutions for your event.

The main venue offers over 1,900m² of flexible floor space and features a 7.6 metre high ceiling, polished concrete floors, air-conditioning, cloakroom and toilet facilities inside the venue. There is direct access into the venue to accommodate a range of vehicles and equipment as well as a loading dock for easy of delivery.

A unique pre function space of 550m² adjacent the main venue allows for a pre event arrival for your guests. The space also offers a full porte cochere arrival allowing for valet, bus, taxi, car arrival and departure.

Public parking is located at 55 Doody Street directly above the venue with direct lift access. Parking charges are $3.00 per hour, $6.00 for 2 hours or $7.00 all day from 6.00am – 6.00pm and complimentary after 6.00pm. Dedicated coach and taxi drop off is directly from the The Foyer area with access via News Direct Road to Gate A, The Venue.

A number of environmental initiatives are undertaken at Sydney Corporate Park. SCP has a 600 panel solar installation as well as wind turbines to produce electricity for use. Rainwater is collected in tanks on the building rooftops then recycled and used for cleaning, flushing toilets and irrigating garden beds. A large composting tower where organic material is collected from within the property is used to produce rich compost for landscaping purposes. Exterior and common amenity lighting use CBUS controlled PE cells. Exterior lights are only switched on when there is not enough natural light and are timed to minimise energy consumption.
